ABRAXIS^® ACE (Affinity Capture & Extraction) - Microcystins

The ABRAXIS^® ACE (Affinity Capture & Extraction) – Microcystins Kit is a magnetic bead-based extraction kit for the selective capture of microcystins and nodularins toxins (ADDA region) from urine and blood serum in advance of a compatible downstream detection assay. Anti-ADDA antibody-coupled magnetic beads efficiently bind to the ADDA region of microcystins and nodularins toxins in the sample, resulting in a high selectivity capture with minimal carryover of other matrix components which might otherwise cause downstream assay interference.

ABRAXIS® Seri-Standards Set - ACE Microcystins

Along with the ABRAXIS^® Algal Toxin ACE – Microcystins Kit, we offer pre-measured, lyophilized, matrix-matched standards for blood serum to be prepared and run along with test samples according to instructions. A standard set contains one vial of each standard and control concentration.
