The Manual ELISA Assay System includes Model 4303 96-well Microplate Reader as well as other equipment, consumables and on-site training required for successful ELISA analysis. The 4303 reader is a compact, PC-controlled, multi-purpose photometer designed to read and calculate the results of colorimetric assays. Trays containing strips of either 8 or 12 wells are accommodated, as well as partial strips.

The 4303 Plate Reader is a compact, computer-controlled, visible range (colorimetric) photometer capable of reading full standard 96-well microtiter plates, wellstrips and partial well-strips. It comes with proprietary software featuring parameters for for Gold Standard Diagnostics' assays including cyanotoxins, pesticides, herbicides and more.

The 4303 Plate Reader automatically transfers raw test data to the connected computer, calculates assay results, plots curves and determines standard deviations to reduce time and errors associated with manual transcription and calculation.
