Gold Standard Diagnostics Horsham announces the launch of our new ABRAXIS® Affinity Capture and Extraction (ACE) - Microcystins Kit. The ABRAXIS® ACE - Microcystins Kit is a simple-to-use, ready-made kit using an immuno-magnetic separation (IMS) bead-based technology to selectively capture, extract and/or concentrate Microcystins and Nodularins toxins (ADDA region) from urine and blood serum samples in advance of a compatible downstream detection assay. The anti-ADDA antibody-coupled magnetic beads efficiently bind to the ADDA region of Microcystins and Nodularins toxins in the sample, resulting in a high sensitivity capture with minimal carryover of other matrix components which might otherwise cause downstream assay interference. The ABRAXIS® ACE - Microcystins Kit is compatible with common downstream assays including ABRAXIS® Microcystins ADDA ELISA, Microcystins PP2A test kits and LC-MS/MS. Matrix-matched standards for urine and serum, ABRAXIS® Uri-Standards Set - Microcystins and ABRAXIS® Seri-Standards Set – Microcystins are offered separately for use with the ABRAXIS® ACE-Microcystins Kit.
